How do I do a hard refresh of my browser?
 

Windows: Hold down Shift and click the Reload button.
Mac: Hold down CommandShift, and click the Reload button.

How do I clear my browser cache?

In Firefox

  1. On your computer, open Firefox.
  2. At the top right click on the 3 horizontal bar in the top right corner of the browser.
  3. Go to Settings, then Privacy and Security.
  4. Scroll down till you see ‘Cookies and Site Data’.
  5. Next to this click on ‘Clear Data’ and check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.
  7. Open eProtocol and see if you can view this protocol from your dashboard.

In Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More (you should see 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the browser).
  3. Click More tools. "Clear browsing data".
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.
  7. Open eProtocol and see if you can view this protocol from your dashboard.
     

In Edge

  1. Open Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
  2. Under "Clear browsing data", select "Choose what to clear".
  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  4. Next to "Cached images and files", check the box.
  5. Click "Clear now".
  6. Open eProtocol and see if you can view this protocol from your dashboard.
