How do I do a hard refresh of my browser?
Windows: Hold down Shift and click the Reload button.
Mac: Hold down Command, Shift, and click the Reload button.
How do I clear my browser cache?
In Firefox
- On your computer, open Firefox.
- At the top right click on the 3 horizontal bar in the top right corner of the browser.
- Go to Settings, then Privacy and Security.
- Scroll down till you see ‘Cookies and Site Data’.
- Next to this click on ‘Clear Data’ and check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
- Open eProtocol and see if you can view this protocol from your dashboard.
In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More (you should see 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the browser).
- Click More tools. "Clear browsing data".
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
- Open eProtocol and see if you can view this protocol from your dashboard.
In Edge
- Open Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
- Under "Clear browsing data", select "Choose what to clear".
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cached images and files", check the box.
- Click "Clear now".
- Open eProtocol and see if you can view this protocol from your dashboard.
